Visa Support Letter
If you are a registered performer, exhibitor, or international delegate and require an official invitation letter to support your visa application, please follow these steps:

- Ensure your passport details (Full Name and Passport Number) are accurate.
- Contact our coordination team.
How to Apply
- Apply Online: All applications must be submitted through the official UK Government portal.
- Supporting Documents: Be prepared to provide proof of accommodation in Bradford, return travel plans, and financial sufficiency for your stay.
- Timing: We strongly advise starting your application at least 3 months before the festival dates to account for processing times.
Travel to Bradford
- By Air: The closest airport is Leeds Bradford Airport (LBA), located approximately 6 miles from the city center. Manchester Airport (MAN) is also a major international hub with direct train links to Bradford.
- By Train: Bradford has two main stations, Bradford Interchange and Bradford Forster Square, connecting the city to London, Manchester, and Leeds.
